By downloading Rupeo from the Google Play Store, creating an account, or using any feature of the mobile app, you confirm that:

- You have the legal authority and capacity to enter into these binding terms.
- You will use the app solely for lawful, personal expense tracking and budgeting.
2. Description of Rupeo Services
Rupeo provides digital utility tools for individual expense tracking, budget planning, and personal bookkeeping:
- Expense & Income Tracking: Manually log daily expenses, income, categories, dates, and optional notes to understand personal cash flow.
- Budget Planning: Set monthly budget limits and visualize your spending velocity over time.
- Reports & Export: Generate and export expense summaries (e.g., PDF & CSV reports) for personal bookkeeping.
- Code 39 Receipts: Optical barcode verification for stamped transaction receipts.
3. 100% Free Service — Zero Bank Linking & No Coupons
Rupeo does not charge any mandatory subscription fees to download or use core budgeting features. There are no paid tiers or hidden in-app purchases.
Rupeo does not link to your bank accounts, nor does it ask for debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, net-banking passwords, or UPI PINs. All expense figures are entered manually by you.
Rupeo is strictly a personal finance and expense logging tool. The application does not issue, sell, redeem, or host coupon codes, promotional discounts, merchant deals, cashback rewards, or affiliate shopping offers.

Rupeo is an informational utility tool for personal organization and budgeting. Rupeo is not a bank, certified financial advisor, tax consultant, or investment firm. The charts, reports, velocity meters, and calculations provided by the app are for personal reference only and should not be interpreted as professional financial or tax advice.
5. Account & Data Deletion Rights
You may permanently delete your Rupeo account and wipe all stored cloud ledger entries at any time either inside the mobile app or through our official online form:
