Account & Data Deletion for Rupeo

Submit an official request to permanently erase your Rupeo account and cloud receipt data in compliance with Google Play's User Data Deletion policy.

Google Play Data Safety — User Data & Account Deletion Policy

In strict compliance with Google Play Store User Data policies, Rupeo provides a direct, transparent mechanism to permanently erase your account, authentication records, and all stored financial and expense history from our cloud servers.

1. Submit Account Deletion Request

Enter your registered Rupeo account email address below to submit an official data deletion request:

Must match the email used to register or sync inside the Rupeo mobile app.

2. Scope of Data Deletion

When your account deletion is processed, the following records are permanently wiped from our Firebase Cloud Firestore and Authentication systems:

Authentication & Profile Data

Firebase UID, registered email address, hashed credentials, and display name are permanently erased.

Expense & Income Records

All daily logged expense transactions, income amounts, transaction notes, dates, and payment methods are purged.

Budgets & Categories

All customized expense categories, monthly spending limits, and historical budget targets are deleted.

Device Tokens & Logs

Push notification tokens (FCM) and associated debug identifiers are unlinked and destroyed.

3. Processing Timeline & Retention Policy

Turnaround Time

All requests received through this page or via direct email to innovatexlab.services@gmail.com are reviewed and completely purged within 72 hours (3 business days).

Zero Retention Policy

Rupeo does not retain personal identifiable data, financial history, or device identifiers once account deletion is finalized. No data is retained for commercial or advertising purposes.

4. How to Delete Directly Inside the Rupeo Android App

You can also delete your account directly on your smartphone without using this website:

  1. Open the Rupeo mobile app on your Android device.
  2. Tap on Settings or your Profile tab in the bottom bar.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm the prompt to immediately wipe your account and local cache.
